Minnesota Universities??

<p>Okay, not trying to get into an Ivy league here!</p>

<p>Anyhoo, I'm from SD (hello, reciprocity!) and I really, really want to either go to the Twin Cities or the liberal arts college in Morris. I realize that the Twin Cities is much more prestigious and my grades and ACT are average.</p>

<p>But Morris is possible right?
I'm just wondering.</p>

<p>GPA: 3.4 (weighted..I think) Our school only starts offering honors classes junior year so I have 4 honors classes on my transcript (which are not factored into the GPA, which is unfortunate.)
ACT: 24</p>

<p>Weak extra-curriculars, although some.</p>

<p>To be honest, I think both might be a bit of a stretch. Raise your ACT and GPA as much as possible and I think you have a decent chance at Morris. </p>

<p>My brother goes to Morris and I have taken classes at the Twin Cities campus as a high schooler and I’m much more impressed with Morris academically and socially. If you get into Morris but not TC, don’t stress it, Morris is a great school.</p>
