You know the part where it asks you to self-report scores?

Well I took the SAT once and did not do anywhere near as well as I have done on the ACT. I don't think I sent SAT scores to FSU. Should I even report that I took the SAT and tell them the scores I got? Or should I just self-report my ACT scores?

Also, I took the ACT three times. I sent them two of my scores so they could superscore my ACT. Should I just report only the two dates I took it that they got scores for? Does it make a difference as far as my chances go?

I'm just paranoid. I know. lol

They will see all of your attempts and scores. They take your highest for admission decisions. I am not sure they superscore the ACT but they do the SAT.

They do superscore the ACT.

All of your scores (SAT/ACT/AP/IB) will be on the transcript that your high school sends.

It is not unusual for some students to perform substantially better on one test than the other concerning ACT and SAT. I'm sure admissions sees that phenomenon quite frequently, so relax and take a breath.

My D self-reported only her SAT as she was not sending her ACT scores. As it turns out, her transcript listed every SAT/ACT/AP score as well as every FCAT score, PSAT's. You name it, it was on the transcript. They took only her best SAT scores for consideration, and made no issue that she did not self report ACT scores.

So do you still need to have ACT/SAT send the official scores or do the scores on the HS transcript suffice?

I'm sure you need to have the testing authority send official scores.

That's true about transcripts. I think mine shows my SAT scores.

But it's not like they are going to reject me for not self-reporting some test dates and scores, right? lol

I sent D's June and September ACT scores.

I'm sure on her HS transcript it will show her SAT scores from March and June but I didn't self report these, nor did I send them from the testing center.

I don't know if it's right or wrong, but I'm sure that schools don't expect you to send EVERY score report (that would be a financial hardship for some).
