<p>Looking for a college for friend.</p>

<p>Male
1900 SAT(600,650,650) near that
3.5 wu gpa
Good ECs, but nothing unique or spectacular</p>

<p>Wants to major in IR and minor in Turkish, or take lots of classes in it. He doesn't speak Turkish at all, and would love a program strong in Turkish, especially if it offers some study abroad during the program. </p>

<p>Geography not a factor
Cost not a factor</p>

<p>Just him being able to get in is a big factor(I dont wan't to hear " I heard U of Chicago has a good program, etc., etc.)</p>

<p>I tried using PrincetonReview and CollegeBoard exploring majors, but didn't seem to either have Turkish Major/Minor or give lost of colleges that have this possibility. Google didn't help much either. </p>

<p>Here is one with a major or minor in Turkish and study abroad and they have a major in international studies.</p>

<p>Ohio State and Michigan both offer at least a minor in Turkish, I know.</p>

<p>Thanks for OSU link. His stats aren't good enough for Michigan OOS so what other options does he have?</p>

<p>Ohio State University and University of Texas at Austin both seem to be good matches with minors in Turkish.</p>
