Minoring in Philosophy

<p>Hello, </p>

<p>I was wondering whether or not I should minor in philosophy. I'm a freshman, and am majoring in Microbiology. Philosophy is quite the bit of work load, and my work load is pretty big already without the philosophy class. </p>

<p>Will a minor in philosophy give me an advantage during medical school admissions? Should I not worry about minoring right now since I'm a freshman? </p>

<p>No minor nor major will give you an advantage in medschool admissions. They simply do not care. Just do something you like and get involved in your major - independent research, TAing, talk to prof’s, etc…</p>
