Minorities

Hey

Are these groups considered minorities...

Spanish from Spain?

Italians ?

French?

Portuguese?

Polish?

Or would these be considered all just "caucasians"?
Do any of these ethnic groups benefit from affirmative action?

Anyone has a website handy with this information??

Thanks

I think people from Spain usually qualify under “Hispanic/Latino.” At least, they did at the universities I applied to.

All of the other european ones would just classify you as Caucasian.

My info is based on this: [Race and ethnicity in the United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](<a href=“Historical racial and ethnic demographics of the United States - Wikipedia”>Historical racial and ethnic demographics of the United States - Wikipedia)
