<p>Students at Harvard who are URM are paid to visit hgh schools near their homes over breaks. Harvard uses students because, let's face it, the admissions officers are already too swamped. Plus it is a chance for people to see and interact with one of the "great people" that Harvard has. Harvard just needs more diversity, so they use race(urm students) as a way to end racial issues? I don't get it, but if it works...</p>
