Hey, Georgetown is number one choice school, but how much does being Chinese hinder or help me? I looked at their website, and it seems to me that there are far fewer Asians than at comparable schools. Is this really the case there, or is it just a coincedence?

i bet that trying to be the best of the applicant amongst the Chinese applicant pool would be hard? But I don't think that being asian should hurt you.

For me, I am definitely academically the "best" of the Asians, but I was admitted in to SFS early so I don't know what that says? good luck with your app =] I figured if might have helped abit because I doubt many Chinese students apply

Well, here are some stats,

Stats:

SAT IIs: 800's on IIC, Bio, Chem
GPA: We don't use 4.0 system, I have a 94 GPA
Rank: top 10%, don't know the exact
Other stats:
Location/Person:
State or Country: New York
School Type: Large Public
Gender: Male
Other Factors: Swim team, Key Club, tons of other stuff, but you really can't list any of that on the app anyway.
