Minority Student Likely Letter

omg thanks ekmiss =) that sounds soooo awesome!

I just got an invite to the Latino Student Recruitment Weekend but I was invited to another scholarship weekend at Duke too on the same dates...lol. Oh and in the email, they forgot to block out everyone's email addresses and there were more than 200 email addresses! Geez.

did any BSAI kids receive information about scholarships?

Umm.. If you confirm that you are attending online, you are given the opportunity to speak with the Financial Aid Department one-on-one.

Nmehta, didn't you get in ED?

Has anyone gotten a minority student likely letter in the past few days, either from BSAI or the Latino one?

I got the Latino one on Saturday, a full 16 days after they started coming out.

I got one this weekend but no email that I read about on the thread. I'm going for sure and hoping I got in...it didnt let me rsvp online...any one else have that problem?

The deadline was on Monday.. that's why..

"I got the Latino one on Saturday, a full 16 days after they started coming out."

Why do you say that? The first BSAI post was the 5th ; the first "Latino" one was yours on the 8th, wasn't it?

"The deadline was on Monday.. that's why.."

I didn't know that! Is that written somewhere? The paper reg. says the 21st or thereabouts. D got lucky with that...

i'm still hoping to get one...:(

i got one on sunday

Deadline to respond is on March 21

i got an email a couple weeks ago, followed by a letter in the mail with an itinerary and everything. unfortunately, i won't be able to go. i have a BIG track meet that weekend.
