<p>I have a friend who recently recieved an athletic full scholorship to an unnamed Big 10 university. He recieved a minor in posession of alcohol citation. He was under 18 at the time of the citation. Is it necessary to report this to the school if he turns 18 before the application is due. In other words, when he turns 18, the charge should dissapear from his record. He is not then, morally or legally held, to report such an incident to the college, is he?</p>
