miracles?

heyy this is really random but does anybody have or know of any miracle stories where you raised like 160 points in about two to two and a half weeks?

because right now i'm so mad at myself for not studying earlier and I don't know what to do at this point...lol

thanks.

I took an exam from this practice SAT booklet that I received from my counselor, and I scored a really low 1700. I scored an 1830 on the real SAT which was about 3 weeks from when I took the practice exam; also, it was the first time I’ve ever taken the actual test.

I don’t know if this is a miracle story, but all the prep I did for my SAT amounted to about 30 minutes of review the the night before. :P

I hope to raise the score to a 2000+ by studying over the summer!

o lols. congrats and good luck during the summer!

anybody else? I really need an encouragement boost because this will probably be the last time I can take the SAT 1…unless i do horribly! :[

I went up 130 points in writing alone, in two days. I don’t know why, but the8 or so grammar rules finally made sense in my head. (Practice SAT)

But then I got too comfortable and dropped 60 points in Writing on the real SAT. Sheesh.

1950…so close to 2k, but so far…

it depends on how good you are. just trust yourself and study and youll improve significantly after these two weeks (the extent of your improvement will vary depending on how good you are like i said). if i were you id retake it in the fall and simply use the june SAT as study material in itself. you have october if you are applying early (i believe) and–generally–october, november, and december for the regular college season. planning to take the SAT as a senior, youd have the summer to study and improve
