MIS Degree in CCNY vs Baruch (CUNY)

I am planning to do Masters in Information System at a CUNY school.
I want to know which one is better for a MIS degree: City College of New York or Baruch College.

Looking at the curriculum of both programs, I would say Baruch College has a better MIS Program. It is less rigid than CCNY, where all the courses are pretty much set (except for the project requirement) and offers significantly more elective courses. The CCNY program is available in the evenings only and takes 2.5 years (including a summer session), while Baruch’s program doesn’t appear to have those limitations (can probably finish the program in 1+ - 1.5 years).

The CCNY MIS Program is not open to International students for some unexplained reason.
