MIS vs Comp Sci

"I am finishing high school half a semester early, and have a free ride to a few local schools in the area. My two main choices at this point are CIS at CUNY-Baruch and Comp Sci at The City College. I have heard good things about both as far as employer recruitment, as well as networking opportunities. I am undecided between those two major, I am very very interested in computers, and have been building and tweaking PC's since I was about 10 years old. I've never really gotten into programming, I have dabbled a bit and enjoyed what I have done, but have never had a profound interest for programming.

My main question is simply- Is a Comp Sci curriculum substantially more difficult than IT? I am unsure of what I'd like to do as a career at this point, although technology has always been an interest of mine, I am certain I'd like to be involved in some aspect or another of the Tech Industry. Perhaps cellular phones. I do enjoy mathematics to a certain extent, but I am unsure if I will be able to keep up with Engineering level mathematics. I have dabbled in sciences, but have never really enjoyed Physics.

1) Is a CS curriculum substantially more difficult/time consuming than that of a traditional MIS or IT major?
2) Which of the two offer more business oriented employment opportunities (such as implementing marketing or sales ideas into an organizations website)?

EDIT: May I also state that I enjoy photography, and would like to try to learn a bit of video editing."
