For BFA degree seeking-majors in Tisch and Steinhardt (Studio Art)-- I know students in both are allowed to double-major in anything CAS. If they do, does that mean that they'll graduate with a dual-degree: BFA and a BA?

For those of you who are Studio Art majors/minors-- what is Intro to Drawing/Painting/Printmaking like? How does art get graded? What do you do about finals/midterms? Is classtime, art time or lecture time? Do you have models come in for you to sketch? any details about it would be great

and I know that every semester the Intro to Drawing/Painting/Photography classes in Studio Art dept. that's open to all students are very popular but how likely is it that a person who is waitlisted at position7 or 9 get in?
