Misdemeanor arrest and admission to CA Bar

<p>Hi, I am looking for some insights into this matter.</p>

<p>I had a TS security clearance for over 10 years before deciding to change careers. Almost 2 years before applying to LS, I was arrested fo solicitation (of a prostitute). Facts were in dispute but I didn't fight it. Went to "John School" in lieu of conviction. The LS application asked for convictions, not arrests. I was not convicted so I didn't disclose the arrest.</p>

<p>Assuming that I fully disclose this on my character and fitness, how likely am I to be admitted? No prior crimes of any sort prior to this.</p>

<p>Can you get the charges expunged?</p>

<p>Expunged? What would that accomplish? If I must disclose any arrest that didn't lead to a conviction, I have to disclose this arrest even if expunged, yes?</p>
