miserable at baruch college, im asking you please help me

I am a freshman at CUNY Baruch. Even though i got a full ride, which isnt amazing, bc it only costs like 5,000 a year, i dont like it here AT ALL! I want to transfer to a solid undergrad business school, but not in vain. I dont want to go to a private school bc i feel its not worth paying the thousands of more dollars just for the name. (Only exception Wharton and NYU, at least for me). My first choise is SUNY Binghamton, public state school here in my state of NY, and great business program. Problem is its a very competetive school to get into, bc its cheap and good at the same time, im talking about their School of Management at SUNY Binghamton. I want some backup choices please if anyone can help. I want to dorm somewhere, not like in Baruch, commuter school. I hate it there. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!! Id like to stay in the northeast.

Would you consider a private school if it gave you good financial aid? How about Boston University, Northeastern, Babson or Bentley.

Also, you might want to think about what you don't like, specifically, about CUNY Baruch, and then what you would like in a school.

Some others to possibly consider are Marist and Bryant.

What exactly don't you like at Baruch? It's hard to suggest schools unless we know what you like and don't like.

In addition, what is your and your parent's financial situation like? If you want to a private school, would you have to take out a lot of loans?

Hey Bovart
