Misplaced Modifiers

<p>Any tips on how to recognize them and how to answer them correctly?</p>

<p>Just be wary when you see a modifier. For example, if you have the sentence, “Skipping and laughing with his friends, a sparkly necklace on the ground caught Bob’s attention,” say to yourself, there’s a modifier in this sentence. Does it make sense? Does “a sparkly necklace” “skip and laugh with his friends”?</p>
