Everyone is getting there from MPS and I know it takes 4 days for it to get from CT to where I live. Anyone else get it?

Good luck, walden. My daughter is graduating this year from Porter’s. It has been everything we wanted it to be. Hope you’re in!
If it is any consolation, 4 years ago it took 4 days for the Porter’s letter to get to us in New Jersey. March 10 then was on a Thursday!

Shelley, do you think i still have a chance? i think im OK becuase just because my letter didnt get here yet doesnt mean im not in. plus, i was accepted this summer, so im trying to be really hopeful!

walden, give it some time. I think the letters were mailed today.

We are waiting for Miss Porter’s also. Are the letters mailed first class or priority? Hoping d is not denied for yield reasons.

I believe letters are mailed regular mail - at least they were 4 years ago! March 10 was a Thursday then, and my daughter did not receive her acceptance until the foillowing Monday. It was a very long weekend.
Good luck to all of those waiting.

Thank you so much for all your help Shelley!

I’m in at Porter’s!
:)

Aspirant are you international?

yes maam :)

eewww. he/she said ma’am. hahaha

CONGRATS!!!

I’m a she (:
I put the ma’am to get the ten characters in hahaa

oh I get it!

Don’t know why but the term ma’am STILL makes me cringe. When a store clerk addresses me as ma’am, my head whips around to see if my grandma’s standing behind me, haha.

Again, congrats on your acceptance at Porter’s.

If a “he” were accepted at Miss Porters, that would be ewww.

Thank you!
Now I’m waiting for my admission package to see how much I got for financial aid (if any)
