<p>it definitely matters, if you wait until phase 2 starts you have to wait until your phase 2 appointment time before you can register, many more students will fill spots during that wait.</p>
<p>You can sign up anytime during open hours between now and the end of phase 1.
Open hours are: 7:00 am to 8:00 am and 7:00 pm to Midnight, Monday through Friday, and Noon to Midnight on Saturday and Sunday.</p>
