<p>Alright, so I applied to UMd in around December/January, after the priority deadline passed. However, my stats are good enough for the honors program, and to receive merit scholarships. But since I missed the Nov. 1st priority deadline, do you think I can still receive $ or get into the Honors Program?</p>

<p>Mmm, I agree with the “call and ask” sentiment. My guess is you won’t get merit money, but you will get admitted to the honors program.</p>
<p>I know a girl in your shoes (2200+ SATs, 4.0, APs, excelled in ECs, etc.) who applied after the priority deadline (though I don’t know by how much), and she was still placed in Denton and in the honors program, but was given no scholarship money.</p>
