Missed priority deadline. If D applies now, are merit scholarships still possible?

<p>Checking U. Of A. for my daughter. Stats are: 3.9 UW/4.2 W. 28 ACT. 12/477 rank. We are in neighbor state so would be in-state tuition. </p>

<p>Just now saw the size of their Anthropology dept. Any comment on the quality of the program would be appreciated, too. </p>
