<p>but um just try the open hours.</p>

<p>just sign up during open hours.</p>

<p>as the site listed above says:
Open Hours
7 am - 8 am & 7 pm - 12 Midnight, Monday - Friday
12 Noon - 12 Midnight, Saturday - Sunday</p>

<p>since your phase I is over, it just means that you can’t access telebears during non-open hours, which was what you could do while it is phase I.</p>

<p>double is right – you’re not screwed. do it during the “open” hours – that’s what my academic advisor told me to do and it works up to the 10 units.</p>
