Missed the Financial Aid Deadline... What should I do?

I didn't know it was yesterday!!!!

It's not a strict deadline....more of a suggestion. You can still turn in your FA materials and be considered for all forms of financial aid.

i think i printed out the financial aid form and i recall it saying "postmark deadline: jan 5" in the upper right hand corner...but i'm not sure. still, if you do it asap you should be fine.

ok will do thanks

On the website I found two different deadlines. One was Jan. 5 and the other was Jan 1.

I sent mine out today.

Official Financial Aid Timetable: https://admissions.cornell.edu/forms/AdmissionsFinancialAidTimetable.pdf

It's January 5th...

for those of you who got into Cornell ED i would say that you're not into such a rush as far as financial aid b/c you're going to cornell no matter what...

for those of you applying regular decision to cornell it is imperative to have your parents W2 forms and to have them file their taxes ASAP...you want to get your financial aid applications in ASAP so that you can compare offers from cornell to different schools you get accepted into...

WHat about the CollegeBoard profile thing? Did any of you submit that?

That CollegeBoard thing is the CSS thing, and even if you sent it at the deadline date, it won't get there for like a week.
Besides the date is a suggestion so that Cornell can get most of there material there with enough time to look over all of the applicants. Imagine if they didn't have a deadline, then people would start turning in applications at the worst times.
