<p>I am missing 1 pre-req which is Japanese 4, my final semester required for foreign language. They do not offer it at my CC anymore. If I get admitted to a UC, does that mean I have to take the equivalent of Japanese 4 at the UC?</p>
<p>If they admitted you knowing that you have not and could not complete it, then it would be most logical to let you finish it at their school 
I was admited without finishing 3 and will be taking it at the institution! :)</p>
