<p>My son found out today that his EA school has not received one of the two required teacher recommendations that was due nine days ago. Trying to contact the teacher, but no luck due to thanksgiving day break; will have to wait till monday.</p>
<p>Will he still be considered for EA if the recommendation arrives late? Everything else was submitted weeks in advance. Frustrating.</p>

<p>After Thanksgiving, son needs to get on teacher’s case. I’m sure your son gave him/her a heads up months ago (at time of rec request) that he was applying EA…right?</p>
<p>Yes, everything was in the teacher’s hands in September. Was reminded (politely!) a week before it was due. Teacher really likes S, so I don’t know what’s going on. Murphy’s Law, I guess.</p>
