Missing a transcript

Hey guys, I’m and incoming freshman and I sent in my final transcript on time, but I found out just now that I need to send in a transcript for this college forensic science class (from Syracuse Univ) I took as well. However, I took this class in high school and the grades for it are on my high school transcript; I paid for a received 4 credits from taking this course but I never actually received a separate transcript for this from Syracuse University. Does anyone know how bad it’ll be if I don’t send in a transcript for this class, and if there’s any way to remove it?

You are required by the UC’s to provide official transcripts for any college courses you took, even if they are listed on your high school transcript. I would call UCSB and explain that you just found out that a separate transcript was required even though the course was listed on your high school transcript, and ask them what to do. You cannot remove it, and you don’t want to risk your future college degree over not sending a transcript.

People are typically rescinded for not supplying all their transcripts. For example http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/california-colleges/1908231-rescinded-because-transcripts-were-not-sent-ucsd.html

Or this: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-admissions/1794179-ucsc-rescinded-admission.html

The UCs think you are hiding something. And if you wonder how will they know, there is a national student database.

Completely irrelevant. Official transcripts are ordered from the college and sent by them, not by the student. Otherwise a lot of kids would be submitting transcripts showing all A’s
