On the past few practice tests I've taken for the math section, I keep only missing medium questions, but I'm getting all of the hard questions right. Unfortunately there are more medium questions on the test than hard questions. Is there anything I can do besides practice? I don't understand why I can get the easy/hard questions but not the medium ones?

umm… how about you post one here, and let’s see why you got it wrong… (:

Two quick questions:

Are you practicing with authentic (college-board) tests?

And are you really getting ALL of the hard ones right?

If the answer is yes to both, then it is really just a matter of more practice and also going a little slower. But based on my experience (and I know others will disagree with this) I just do not believe that there is such a thing as a student who can consistently answer hard ones but not medium or easy ones. So be glad that you have the ability to do those hardest questions and now start working a little more slowly and carefully on the others, even if it means not quite getting to that last question.

^ I find it somehow hard to believe too… That’s why I asked for an example… May be they’re silly mistakes and he/she just needs more prac…
