Missing Anything?

Ohmygod if I need all that stuff I’m SCREWED! My list is like half that size! D:

You don’t need all that stuff! Like I’ve said a hundred times on PSA: bring what you can’t get there, and buy the rest at the nearest CVS, Wal-Mart, or Target. DO get basic cleaning supplies [windex, clorox wipes, etc.], DO get some over the counter meds [it’s a pain to go to the health center every time you just have a cold or headache and are still going to class]. A little bit of organization goes a long way, and don’t be afraid to go a little overboard with decorations- I personally have several posters [including this aweseome chuck norris one my friend gave me], strings of christmas lights, strings of metallic origami stars that i made, various seasonal holiday decorations, including a wreath, and just colorful scarves and stuff strewn about my room. And a small green rug. Oh, and a dry erase board on my door/a welcome mat/a coat hook [makes it feel like home!].

lol. this thread gave me a much needed laugh.

^Lol agreed after my AP BIO score came. >_>

Haha okay thanks Izzy. That sounds better… But isn’t it hard yo grt to Target and back with a bunch of stuff?

I think I’ll stress that you don’t need half of that stuff. Bring a NORMAL bag of toiletries ands stuff [like what you’d bring for a week of vacation], what you can’t do without [clothes, laptop, etc.], decorations, and perhaps a few other things. That list is monstrous, and honestly most of it fits into an easier category- hair stuff, body stuff, cleaning stuff, school stuff. You DON’T need to list every item and whoever made it went completely overboard listing every single thing out. So you won’t have a lot of stuff that you’re bringing back from target- otc meds, basic first aid [believe me, you don’t want to have to limp down to a faculty member’s apartment to borrow a band-aid], some snacks, some cleaning products, and perhaps a few things like cotton balls or a shower caddy if you don’t already have them. As you run out of things, you can usually buy some basics on campus or go to town to buy them.
