missing AP scores from junior year

I took my first APs during sophomore year and got 5s on both exams (AP Euro and AP Art History). I got really, like really really sick during may of junior year so I didn't take my AP tests. I plan on taking them my senior year and I'm taking 3 subject tests this fall to kind of supplement my lack of AP scores from junior year. Will this be a major problem when applying to top colleges? How should I use the additional information section to my advantage?

AP score is not important for admission to most schools even the top ones. Taking the AP course would have a more important impact than the AP score for your school application particularly the senior AP score would not be available until you have already decided where to go for college. The only thing missing is your AP scholar honor for your college application since you did have 3 AP score before senior.
