Okay, so I got an email today saying that I was missing a part of my application. I knew about this, but assumed that it was simply because they were overloaded and haven’t put it in the computer yet. The problem is, they want the missing material as soon as possible and the missing material is my SAT scores.
According to the college board, the scores were sent in october. So what do I do now? I don’t want to have to pay to resend my scores…

Call College Board, yell to them! <– it is the only way to put them to work! lazy moneysuckers!

writer,

This happen to me too when I was applying to Michigan. I sent my scores to Brown and Michigan at the same time, but while Brown arrived Michigan did not. Sometimes the Collegeboard just goofs. The good news is that you can resend them no problem and Brown won’t hold it against you. Maybe send them an email to let them know what is going on. Since it happened to me, I’m sure it happens to other people too.

I also received an email today saying that I was missing materials. I logged into my Brown account and saw that I was missing my recs, school report, and transcript. Which is actually kind of odd considering I sent my application on paper and my counselor sent those documents with my application, yet Brown claims to have gotten my paper application but not the other documents. How that makes sense, I have no clue. I just went down to my counselor to let her know to re-send it and she said Brown probably lost it and they just don’t want to say they did. How else could they have gotten my fee waiver and application but not the other materials that were in the SAME envelope with them? Haha. I would contact College Board if your scores were sent a while back.

Wow. Dang it, Collegeboard. =_____= I’m in the same boat as you. I sent my scores in December, and for some reason Brown still hasn’t received them (BUt Amherst and all my other schools have.) Now I have to call CB sfjdksladjfk;lasd =

It could be that your name is different on your application and your SAT score records. That’s the problem I had so I just wrote a mail to the admissions office explaining the discrepancy. I’ll start calling admissions offices that have yet to make the change near the end of this week.

When did you guys receive your Brown username/password?

thanks guys, it turns out that the name was different on my scores.

i received my username/password in late january.
