<p>So I just got this e-mail from St. Louis saying how they
still haven't recieved part II of my application. The problem
is that I submitted a week ago, so what's going on??</p>

<p>It could be that they have your application but with the massive influx of applications that were coming in at the same time, they haven’t processed it yet. The email is just sent out to everyone whose application hasn’t been processed yet, not neccessarily ones that haven’t been received.</p>
