Missing document?

Does Brown Admission notify the applicants that they need to re-send necessay document? If so, when?
Thanks in advance~

For RD most schools will notify when your application is complete. If after a while and documents are missing they will tell you to forward the missing documents to them ASAP. I've heard that they will notify anything from late January all the way into March.

I can answer this question for you specifically about Brown. Last year it turned out that one recommendation didn't make it there, although it showed up everywhere else. The Brown admissions office contacted us.

We also had two other schools notify us that test scores didn't come through (or were more likely lost by them, I think).

Everybody else told us that the applications were complete.

But it doesn't hurt to check if you don't hear from a school, if only for your own peace of mind.

I can't remember specifically WHEN colleges notified us that things were missing. Last year is a kind of blur ...

Thank you very much. At least, I have the idea of this now.

they sent me a letter in the mail once they got forms 1 and 1A.
in it they have a username and password for you to go online, and you can check the status of your app.

So if one of my teachers gets his recommendation out a couple days late, it won't be the end of the world right?

i shouldn't think so. i mean, a teacher recommendation is out of your control

they probably do email
