This morning I received a missing admissions documents email from Cal basically saying that I face being rescinded if I don't procure the required documents within 6 calendar days (not even working days).

The documents in questions are my IB results which I've already received; I even did quite well with 37 points. Anyway, on July the 6th I sent Berkeley my IB results through the online credit card request form; Berkeley opts to receive scores electronically therefore they should receive them immediately. On their website it says that they do not display IB scores, so while the field remained blank, I merely assumed that they had received them- as they should have.

Obviously they hadn't received my scores.

All my other documents were accepted including my official transcripts and SAT scores. I was quite surprised and taken aback when I found a missing documents email in my inbox. I immediately resent my scores by the same means, called my admissions counselor and school counselor.

The adcom said that she would "hold" my position in Berkeley if I sent her a screenshot of my scores and the receipt which proves that I sent my scores. I have to go in to the university on Monday to address this issue in person.

What I'm scared of now is the possibility that they still won't receive my scores. I don't really understand what could have gone wrong in the first place and if I do get rescinded it would be on utterly baseless grounds since I HAVE done my IB and really have nothing to hide. I have no control over where this goes since I've done everything one could possibly do, I'd be getting rescinded beacuse somewhere along the line, someone screwed up.

Has anyone else got one of these letters? And if so, what the hell should I do!! Despite the fact that I have backups in the UK, I have about 30,000 dollars invested into Berkeley at this stage including travelling and registration fees.
