Missing Financial Aid materials

<p>The Financial Aid "To-Do List" says that I haven't submitted my CSS Profile.
it always says that my CU App is missing a signature.</p>

<p>which is really odd... because I submitted my CSS profile fairly early and I'd think that I'd be meticulous enough not to miss a signature ;&lt;/p>

<p>should I attempt to contact them or will they contact me?

<p>How did you know that you are missing materials? How did you check if the site is down until mid Nov?</p>

<p>I would just wait if I were you, they will definitely process them soon.</p>
