I applied early action to MIT, and they have received all of my materials except for my transcript. I sent my transcript much before the deadline - before I had submitted part 2 of my application but after I had submitted part 1. It has been about 3 weeks now and MIT still has not received my transcript. What do I do? Do I send it again, or will MIT e-mail me about my missing document asking me to send it then?

Nope, don’t worry at this point.

In the next week or so, MIT will put a post up on the blogs that they have completed sorting all sent documents. At that time, if a rec, transcript, etc. is missing, they will give you the opportunity to have it resent for EA consideration.

Don’t worry, I’m in the same situation; I sent all of my documents at the same time through my school, and only one of them has been processed. I wouldn’t worry about it after the blog post.

^And even if your materials are still outstanding at the time of the blog post, there’s no need to worry – you’ll be able to get your materials re-sent in plenty of time.

AdrianD, it’s extremely likely that MIT has received your transcript, but it just hasn’t yet been sorted into your folder and updated on MyMIT. At this time of year, the mail room has a huge backlog, and it does take a few weeks for some documents to make it through the labyrinth.

Okay, thanks guys! I was just concerned because I know my teacher recs were sent much after my transcript, and the recs have already been processed. But thanks for the reassurance, everyone.

Under my standardized tests, it says that I have no scores reported.

AP scores are self reported but ACT/SAT (I and II) are reported via collegeboard and ACT?

kevin12345, you have to manually send in your SAT/ACT scores through collegeboard and ACT and pay for it. It won’t send automatically.
