Missing materials

After my appstatus on each college's website (each college i'm applyign to that is...) I foudn that my application is complete at every single one except for Smith. Smith's site says i'm still missing my Common App Supplement, even though I submitted it 12/30/05 and the downloaded i jan 4th (so says the common application site). Could something be wrong or is Smith just slow going on these kind of things?

Soem of what happens at these colleges is truly baffling.

Call admissions and speak to an admissions officer, not the secretary. These things sometimes happen, but better safe than sorry. GL

Smith is definately just a bit slower when it comes to this stuff. I had the same problem, but eventually it was checked off as submitted. I kept in touch with one of the admissions counselors though, so maybe you should find out who yours is and email her. Good luck!

UUghghh... It's March 7th and they STILL don't have my common app. I emailed and called last week, they said that since the common app site said they downloaded it, they probably have it but haven't checked it into the computer... jeez.. would they HURRY.... I'm getting so anxious...They're the only school I applied to that's missing materials this late in the game..

yea they were missing one of my teacher recs and it took them almost three weeks to update it online

Yeah, I had to have my teacher fax her rec to them 5 times until they got it: / Such a pain.

Hm i had something like that happen too. I sent both my teacher recs in sometime in october, but the site didn't show that the office had recieved them until late feb
