<p>So I gave both of my teachers the information/envelopes on the same day in December (10th or 11th). One mailed in my rec letter and one did not. The only reason I even know about this is because Middlebury reminded me of the missing part of the application. Am I screwed because this teacher didn't send in my letters? Obviously I plan on talking to her tomorrow morning and getting her to send out the letter asap, but should I do anything else? It's for sure her fault, I gave her a full month to just mail the letters as she had already written it. What can I do? God this sucks.</p>

<p>I'd suggest calling Cornell, and talking to the admissions office. I am sure they'd still accpet the letter, just tell them about your situation...</p>
<p>Yeah, do what you plan to do and what ftx2009 suggested. I'm pretty sure this situation is fairly common...</p>
<p>don't worry; I'm sure a lot of applicants are still missing info. Cornell is still in the midst of organizing the loads of materials they receive, and I'm sure this wouldn't affect your application review. Good luck!</p>
