<p>If only one of your recs is missing and you've faxed it over 4 times and fedexed it and called etc, then it seems there's nothing you can do about it. As with having 2 recs a requirement- if you have done your best to send in all your documentation and by a freak accident of nature they don't get there- then it won't hurt your application much because its obviously not your fault. Remember that they evaluate you in the context of your entire application and the recs are only part of the mix. </p>
<p>If you faxed it over- just call to check if they've actually recieved the fax. It does take them quite a while to sort out all the mail so be patient.</p>
