Missing SAT scores?!

I don't understand this....I just got a little confirmation card from Princeton saying my SAT scores were missing - even though I sent them over a month and a half ago!!!

What do I do?!

send them again. flat out. Even if you know you had them sent, it doesn't matter anymore. Send them, and send them as quickly as possible. There's still time, but we've gotta move quickly. I'll go this way, you go that way. Break!

ouch... now you got me worried... cause I also sent my scores a month and a half ago (I hadn't selected Princeton as a recipient before)

im gonna cry

I understand you... Just relax, go to the collegeboard, send the score report with the fastest option (expensive I know but...) and then call the admissions office, explain and ask them to consider the score reports which you have sent with the express option. There's no need to sound like a whiner, there's a reason they tell you about missing material on time. If you have a proof that Princeton should have received score reports you could tell them in a polite manner.

Darn it. I sent my Nov. scores last week! They probably haven't received those then, either. And what if they didn't get my Oct. scores?! All right. I'm calling the university first thing monday.

I think it's some kind of screwup their end. mercurysquad also said something about getting a conf minus the SAT scores. Two people's files being complete except for the SAT scores when they've clearly sent it can't be just a sad coincidence, so don't worry too much about it

but at the same time you still need to take care of what they've said is the problem right now just in case. You can call them if you really don't want to fork over the $$, but if it were me, I'd just go ahead and re-send.

then again it could be the college board, they go through millions of these requests. also it may have gotten lost in the mail who knows. theres a lot of different ways that could have gotten screwed up. however, send them in immediately. itll cost you $31 which may be a lot but its insignificant compared to getting rejected for not sending them.

they haven't got my SAT I scores which I sent to them in January, or the SAT IIs I had sent in October! Princeton was always one of my designated score recipients - what's going on? I live in the UK, only got the card today, even if I send them again by mail it'll take at least another week...
Will they still be considering my application in the interim, given they know what my scores are (they're on the application form?)??

I only designated Princeton as a recipient for my Nov score and if they don't get that I'm going to be really ****ed coz it went up by 80 points

If I rush my scores, which scores get rushed? All of them, or just the november ones?

All, I think.

Loves the 60-second rule

waiting.......taps foot......

This is terrible. My scores will not reach them till the first week in December at least. If they don't reach by the time they need to make the decisions, is it automatic reject?!

just a reminder: P'ton says the Nov scores usually reach on time. i think all of you'll should have atleast sent all your scores including the oct ones before taking the Nov test, given the fact that scores to the first 4 universities goes for free.

They'll probably just defer you.

i DID send the scores to Princeton for free in January AND May and October, there's no reason they shouldn't have gotten my SAT I scores even back in February, so I don't know why they dont' have them! It can't have gotten lost on three separate ocassions from the college board, even if the October scores had gotten lost, they would still have my SAT I from january and the SAT II from May, so this must be a mixup at Princeton. How can I be punished by deferral for their mistake?!

^ that sucks

so you all agree I'll probably get deferred...? I thought the point of these confirmations was to let us know in time for us to sort it out in time for consideration for ED? And they do know what my scores are, they're on the application, right? If I fax them first thing tomorrow, would that be ok?

yes fax it, its better than nothing.
And I doubt they will defer you for not receiving your SAT scores, afterall, like you said, they are listed on you app.
