I have not been able to check my online application status until now, and I found out that I have one teacher rec missing (though both my teachers submitted online through the common app). I looked at some older threads, and other people had the same problem around 11/15. Did you guys get these problems fixed? If so, how did you? Did any of you just get your teacher to mail in another copy? Would it be too late.

I'm curious as to how you even knew that. When I checked my Eli account the webpage said that Yale couldn't check the receipt on materials other than the Common App / Yale Supp and payment.

If you applied SCEA, you teacher recs and transcript/guidance counselor rec should have gone online on Nov. 15th. If you checked before then, they wouldn't have been up. If you read the whole page it has all this information on it (and yes, there is only one page).

orangutan -- You need to call Admissions first thing Monday morning. Yale updated info about missing materials from EA applicants' files around 11/15. That's why you're seeing the flurry of activity around then. Let Admissions know you've been unable to check the website until now. (And you may want to be prepared to tell them why you were unable to check your status online earlier.) Find out exactly what's missing and ask how to proceed. They'll probably ask you to fax the missing recommendation immediately.
