<p>I was just notified today that my second rec is still not in :(...after my teacher "sent" it.</p>
<p>Will this affect my decision? I can ask my teacher again, but she is busy with some personal stuff...so it's not a good time.</p>
<p>i think you have until Feb 28 to send it in, without adversely affecting your evaluation. see if u can get your teacher to send it by then. if it seems as though it will take more time you could try calling or emailing them to inform them about your situation.</p>
