Hahaha touche, he isn’t getting past that.

Peter_parker, you are not examining this from a logical standpoint. You are letting your predefined stereotypes and prejudices get the better of you.

1st, CCW laws DO NOT distribute firearms to anyone. They allow people to carry the firearms they already possess, IF they go throught the proper government procedures.

I am not a redneck.

I am not a NASCAR fan.

You have no solid basis for determining if I am responsible enough to carry.

Samurai swords, AKA Katanas, are NOT efficient tools for self defense, as they are bulky and require quite a bit of training to wield effectively.

I don’t enter bar fights.

I am not suffering from any mental health problems (i.e. paranoid schizophrenia).

I would not draw at anything which was not a clear threat to myself or innocents around me. To do so is illegal in most states.

The military has sworn to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. That includes the Bill of Rights (including the 2nd Amendment). Try to make up better scenarios.

IF you had examined the statistics (which you obviously have not), you would see your “give a man a hammer” comment has VERY little support. CCW licensees have an exceptionally good record in determining appropriate uses of force. That is probably because they would go to prison if they use their firearms inappropriately!

You are correct in saying not everything can be prevented or controlled by the use of force. That, however, does not preclude the effective and justified use of force in some situations.

Wo0t! Triple-team!
