It seems that after proofreading by myself and 2 respected adults, my application has still fallen subject to error.
After submitting my Common App to several schools, I realized that I neglected a comma after the name of a country so that it reads “in Bayonne, France I learned…”. For the other error, I used singular word “freshman” when it should have been “freshmen”. Will these two mistakes cost me, as I applied to some pretty hard schools? Do you think they could go unnoticed? Thank you all
Meh. If noticed at all, they will likely get chalked up to normal human error. If your application was RIDDLED with such errors they would have an impact (a sign of carelessness), but these are small things. Fix them for the next round if you are submitting additional applications.

They won’t care. Really.
