I made a mistake in my EA application to MIT part 1 . My parent did graduate from high school but not from university. I misunderstood the question and submitted that my parent didn’t graduate from high school . How can I correct the mistake ? I contacted the MIT admission staff but didn’t recieve a respense . Is this going to cancel my application ?
How did you try to contact them, by phone or by email?
Don’t worry. Send an e-mail stating that you want to correct the error. Copy yourself on the message so you have proof that you attempted to contact the office. Applicants can get in trouble by intentionally lying on the form. You didn’t do that.
