Mistake in my Mid-Year Report - does it look bad to send an updated one to colleges?

I know this seems really silly but there was a mixup in grading and I got an A- instead of an A for my photography class for the 1st semester. I told my counselor to wait on sending the mid-year report to my colleges until I could fix the grade, but she sent them anyways.

I applied to Ivy Leagues where every single little thing matters. Should my counselor go ahead and send another mid-year report with the updated A, or would colleges scoff at me for doing that? My counselor seemed to think it didn't matter much at all but I'm slightly annoyed and I just want the colleges to see that I'm putting my best foot forward. I know it's just an elective class, but still..

Any thoughts?

I definitely think you should send an updated repot! There’s no harm in it as it was your counselor’s mistake and you would not want to risk having your decision be affected by that even if it is by the slightest bit, especially if you applied to super competitive schools like you had mentioned.
