Guys, if I made a mistake on an application,(like ticking the wrong box) is there any way of me rectifying the mistake? How should I go about it?
Thanks in advance!

just mail the corrected page (if it's something important i.e. you said that you are african american, but you are actually chinese)
but if you just ticked the wrong box for : how many siblings do you have, and you checked off 5 instead of 6, it's not that necessary for the change

e-mail or call the college and i'm sure that they will take care of it for you.

ok! thanks guys! I accidentally ticked the wrong box for intended major and also the box saying that I had been out of college for some time..I'll call them then send anything if they need it! Do you think it will matter if the deadline has passed?

Dude big mistake man

gee thanks vwkng1987! lol

do it quick, it's a HUGE mistake. and if you checked that off, that would mean you had to write a letter explaining your situation, did you write one? because if you wrote one and you are now saying you didn't.... what does it mean??

ya i know it doesn't look too good! suddenly i have gone to school my whole life -how could i make that silly mistake!? arghhhhhhhhh
anyway-thanks for your help guys- ill just keep my fingers crossed that there won't be a problem with changing the thing- cause I never wrote the other essay..hence my application would be incomplete and the deadline has already passed.. oh well- thanks again guys

dun worry if its just an "error" the deadline thing won't affect you that much... Plus "deadlines" are only deadlines for submitting the application... You have like an extra 2 or three weeks to modify after that because most universities won't even start looking at them during these times.
