Okay, I'm freaking out (probably a bit too much.)

I just took the first part of the placement exam (Algebra section) and I accidentally skipped 2 questions!!!!!
I got an 8/10... :(
The placement is based on your total score on the 5 sections right?
So I'm already 2 points in the whole and it was on the algebra section!
Am I going to get stuck in pre-calc or soemthing? (I took Calc AB this year and am pretty sure I got a 5. What happens if you score low on the placement but high on the AP test?)

I emailed Katya (the MCS advisor) but now regret doing so because I sound whiny/stupid considering it was completely my fault for skipping them

UGH Why didn't I review before submitting?!?!?

So am I doomed to Pre-Calc or should I STeffU?

relax....its not all that hard...8/10 is not bad at all...u can easily get full in sections like functions and differentiation....so just chill and complete it....

not a big deal, and you can talk to your advisor to switch up if you feel unfairly placed. Also, CIT the lowest you can be placed in is first semester calc.

The Crisis has been solved!!
haha... I got an email back from my advisor and she said that she can just plug in my answers.
I was shocked at how helpful she was.
So I'm fine. :)
But I'm glad I was able to freak out on here.
MOral of the story:

1) Always check before you submit!!!!!!!
AND
2) Email your advisors!!! They are very helpful and don't bite.
