Mistake on Common Application Current Year Courses?

I made a HUGE mistake on my common app and I just realized now, though I sent in my applications just over a month ago. I only listed my honors/ap classes, and didn't put in the credit value. I know careless mistake :/ Will this make a huge impact on their decisions? Should I contact the colleges, or is it already too late?

I don’t think it is that big a deal. After going through this twice with 2 sons, I firmly believe there is more than 1 right way to do things (even if it says put in credit).

I have found that the common app is very inconsistent; ie, the word count for the essay (250-500 words). Some say its a guideline; others say its a limit and not to go over it. Well, it says 500 words, so why would some call it a guideline? Everyone seems to have a different opinion. So, who’s right?

Don’t forget that the high school should be sending the transcript. In our school the credits aren’t put on the transcript on current courses being taken which tells me that it is not a critical piece necessarily.

Son left credits off 1st 3 applications. We did not contact the schools. From what I’m hearing everyone is filling fields out differently (within son’s high school - no real guidance is given). The colleges should be relying on the official reports: transcripts, histogram, etc., rather than self-reported anything.

Agree with above post on reliance on HS report for hard facts of transcrips and schedule. D listed full year and first semester class in left column. She listed the 2nd semester 1/2 year class opposite its single semester counterpart. We assumed that core academic classes would be understood as full year and left the second semester spaces blank.
