Mistake on CSU application.

I submitted my CSU applications two days ago and I just noticed that I hadn’t entered 5 of my course titles for senior year exactly as what on my official transcript. I’m not sure whether or not I should freak out.

For example, I entered in ‘AP English Literature & Composition’ in as my course title instead of ‘AP ENGL LIT’ which is what the course is recorded as on my official transcript.

Contact them. They can probably translate them, but call to relieve your anxiety. Course names do have formal names, numerical designations, nicknames, etc.

I contacted each of the CSUs I applied to and the ones that replied already have all said that they cannot edit applications after submission and that if I were to get denied for an error on my application, I’d have to appeal my rejection. I also contacted the CSU application help line and all they told me was to contact each of the colleges I applied to. I’m kind of freaking out at this point and I don’t know what to do.

And to add to all of this, I also talked to one of my school’s college advisers and they told me that I should have put ‘Planned’ for my Spring semester classes instead of ‘In Progress’.

Do these errors even matter that much?

Did you put your 1st semester Senior classes as “in progress” along with the 2nd semester? If so, this is a simple mistake and admissions will realize that you cannot be taking the 2nd semester courses yet.

You have done all that you can at this point. Keep any documentation you receive from all the CSU’s and as stated, if you are rejected due to these mistakes, you will grounds for an appeal if you keep the documentation that all the schools were notified.
