Mistake on my UC Application- Course History

Hello!
So it has recently come to my attention that I took a course back in junior year of high school, 5 years ago, which was sort of a dual-enrollment course with a local CC and therefore gave me 4 college credits. I did not include this in my original UC application as I completely forgot about the existence of this course.
This class was BIOT-105 Cell & Molecular Biology (a biotechnology class) at Chabot College in California and isn’t really needed for my applied major. I did not receive a letter grade for this class, only units.
I checked on ASSIST to see if the class was transferrable and I’m not seeing any indication under the “UC Areas” section, as the column is blank for this class.
I went ahead and contacted admissions of each UC I applied to and also contacted docs@applyucsupport.net with this information. I also included this in my ‘addition information’ section of my TAU.
Again I don’t need this class to transfer, my major is Computer Science. It also hasn’t impacted my GPA, as there is no letter grade on the official college transcript for the class-only units.
Will my application be rejected? I’m really nervous about this as I’ve mainly applied to the UCs and I’m worried I’ll get rejected from the whole system.
Thank you.

Only UC admissions can give an official answer, but my feeling is you’ll be fine. From what I’ve read a “forgotten” class becomes an issue is when UC finds it during the summer when they use the National Student Clearinghouse and UC contacts you to find out what you took and to get an official transcript.

Since you’ve already notified them you don’t seem to be concealing anything. When you accept a UC offer be sure to send them an official transcript from this college.

I am in the same boat as you are. I forgot to put down those classes and just emailed them as well as put a small description on the TAU. Hopefully, they will be understanding of our situation.
