mistake on uc application

<p>i accidentally put down the wrong number of weeks per year for my community service and extracurricular section. ive read that they will only let you change certain things on your application, but is there anyway to at least add a note to my application? my community service hours are two times what i actually have and my extracurriculars are half of what i actually have.</p>
